Is Centenarians medical advice?
No. Centenarians gives you information about your own habits and numbers. It is not a medical device, it won't name a condition, and it never tells you to start, stop or change a medication. For anything about your health, talk to your doctor.
How long does the morning check-in take?
Under a minute. Most of it is filled in for you from your phone, your watch and yesterday's answers, so you usually just confirm and tap Save.
Which devices does it work with?
Anything that saves data to Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android, such as an Apple Watch, a Withings blood pressure monitor, a smart scale, or Garmin through Garmin Connect.
What does the AI see?
Only a small set of numbers our code has already calculated, plus your age range, sex and language. It never sees your name, email, notes, medication names or location.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany, and in an encrypted database on your phone. We never sell your data, and you can export or delete everything from the app at any time.
Can I use Centenarians for free?
Yes. All tracking, device sync, charts, manual lab entry and a weekly summary are free, for as long as you like. Premium adds the daily AI brief and deeper insights.
How does the free trial work?
The annual Premium plan and the Family plan start with 7 days free. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Which languages are supported?
The app speaks English and Spanish today, with German, French, Portuguese and Italian on the way. Lab reports can already be read in all six languages.
